蒸汽排放消聲器(消音器系列 SILENCER SERIES)　

本公司生產的XSQ系列消聲器可滿足各種參數鍋爐向空排汽、安全閥排汽及鍋爐送風機進口的降噪消聲要求，同時也廣泛用于石油、化工、冶金、紡織等工業的鍋爐蒸汽排放及其他氣體消聲排放，使之達到工業企業噪聲標準要求。其特點如下：

1、采用多級消聲，消聲量大，排汽消聲器35~40分貝；放空消聲器可達25~30分貝。

2、體積小，重量輕，安裝簡便，易維護。

3、XSO系列，筒體采用優質不銹鋼或碳鋼，具有足夠高的強度和耐腐蝕性。

4、能單獨固定、吸收排汽管道的垂直及水平熱位移，使排汽管道不因消聲器的安裝而受到額外的荷載，保證排汽管道在熱能工作下的安全性。

1. 采用了抗、噴、阻的消聲原理，以大孔擴容降壓保證安全門排汽順暢，多層次穿孔吸聲；

蒸汽排放消聲器“安裝須知” Installation notes

1. 應垂直于爐頂安裝，如圖所示，用型鋼支架將消聲器固定支座或落地支腿與爐頂相固定；

2. 為增加爐頂高空的抗風能力，對于體形較大消聲器應采用支承式，及在消聲器前的排汽管裝一段膨脹彎管以吸收熱脹。

3. 下部的排水口應暢通接到地溝，不應裝配閥門。

4. 在爐頂平臺，對于TA、TB、TD系列通孔型抗噴阻消聲器及FHX系列復合式消聲器排汽出口在頂部，應用薄板(不銹鋼板、鍍鋅鋼板)制作防雨罩一只及周邊加裝防護網罩。

5. 安全閥或排汽閥與消聲器這間的排汽管道上應沒有疏水點。

6. 對于PA系列小孔消聲器，安裝前應以防小孔堵塞，如新裝的鍋爐或恢復性檢修，投入運行前應先安裝吹管集粒器，沖管消聲器對管路系統進行吹管，清除管道內的雜物。
